Your Role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician (Polymechaniker EFZ or equivalent) to join our production team. You will be responsible for the assembly, calibration and testing of our high‑precision sensors, and you will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of production processes and equipment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Fulfill manufacturing and assembly orders according to procedures and quality standards.
  • Assemble and test mechanical and electronic components of sensors.
  • Operate and maintain production and testing equipment.
  • Perform inspections, calibrations and quality checks.
  • Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and workstations in excellent condition.
Your Profile
  • Completed apprenticeship as Polymechaniker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker or equivalent technical education.
  • Experience in both mechanical assembly and electronics production.
  • Strong attention to detail and high‑quality workmanship.
  • Hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics.
  • Fluent in German; good English skills are an advantage.
