Manufacturing Engineer

Tasks

• Definition and implementation of highly efficient manufacturing processes in accordance with the overall process targets
• Lead or participate in the specification, purchasing, bringing into operation and final acceptance test of equipment as well as the concept of maintenance and spare parts supply
• Train setters and operators to optimally set up an efficient manufacturing process and achieve the targets
• Evaluate and report on the performance of the manufacturing process, identify deviations and initiate corrective actions
• Plan and lead improvement projects to further optimize manufacturing processes (CIP)
• Lead prototyping activities, trial runs, feasibility, and capability studies
• Implement and maintain process documentation including work instructions, setup guidelines and tool lists
  
  Lead defined tasks for change request
