Kandidaten sollten Erfahrungen im Montagebereich aufweisen, idealerweise als Schreiner, Zimmermann oder Metallbauer. Handwerkliches Geschick und eine engagierte, motivierte Haltung sind ebenfalls wichtig. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
