Robotic Welding Operator

As a Robotic Welding Operator you will:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding systems for repair and manufacturing of aviation components
• Perform welding tasks according to approved repair data, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Ensure full compliance with aviation quality, safety, and documentation requirements
• Set up and adjust fixtures, tools, and programs for different component types
• Identify process deviations early, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities (reducing rework and scrap, supporting lean and 5S initiatives)

• Completed vocational training in welding, metalworking, mechanics, or mechatronics
• Experience with robotic or automated welding processes
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance
• Ideally experience in aviation, MRO, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with industrial robots is an advantage
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style with good teamwork and communication skills
• English skills at B1 level required;
  German is a plus
