ViCOLLECTIVE sucht eine erfahrene Leitung Produktion, die die operative Planung an drei Standorten verantwortet und kontinuierlich Verbesserungen implementiert. Sie arbeiten eng mit Sales, Einkauf und Produktionsteams zusammen, entwickeln KPI-Systeme wie OEE, Umsetzung von SOPs und Qualitätsstandards.
Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, Expertise in S&OP, Lean/KVP, HACCP/GHP, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Odoo) mit.
