Enertek Group is partnering with a leading Swiss manufacturer operating within the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Chemical manufacturing sectors
. With continued investment in production, automation and operational excellence, the business is seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead manufacturing operations and drive the next phase of operational performance.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to implement change, develop your people and help shape the future of a modern manufacturing operation.

• Lead and develop Production Managers, Supervisors and production teams.
• Deliver KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Optimise production planning, capacity and operational performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Lead operational improvement and manufacturing transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Health & Safety and Quality standards where applicable.

• Proven leadership experience within Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Manufacturing
  .
• Previous experience as a Head of Production, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager or Operations Manager
  .
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and quality systems is highly desirable.
