Die Mensa der Kantonsschule Rämibühl in Zürich sucht eine stellvertretende Produktionsleitung (Stv. Produktionsleiter:in) zur Unterstützung ab dem 15. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung. Sie arbeiten 5 Tage pro Woche von 06:30 bis 15:45 Uhr, mit wechselnden Zeiten bei Events.
Sie führen den Küchenbereich der Produktion KSA, sichern Spitzenqualität der Speisen und arbeiten eng mit dem Produktionsleiter/Küchenchef zusammen. Sie bringen Ideen für Angebote und Prozessverbesserungen ein.
