Sie übernehmen die operative Führung, planen Personal-Einsätze, koordinieren größere Produktionsmengen und stellen Qualität, Hygiene sowie HACCP-Standards sicher. Zwei Monate Einarbeitung mit dem derzeitigen Produktionsleiter, danach schrittweise Verantwortung.
