As a Semiconductor Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the production, testing, maintenance, and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes. Working within a cleanroom environment, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, operators, and quality teams to ensure safe, stable, and high-quality production. • Operate, monitor, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment to support daily production activities.
• Perform equipment setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and process stability.
• Support wafer processing, assembly, testing, and inspection activities within a cleanroom environment.
• Analyze equipment and process data to identify deviations, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for equipment and process-related challenges.
• Support process development, equipment qualification, and optimization activities alongside engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, quality, and process records.
• Adhere to all cleanroom procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.

• Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working within semiconductor manufacturing, microelectronics, cleanroom operations, or another high-technology environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose equipment and process issues.
• Understanding of technical drawings, measurement equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Ability to work accurately and systematically within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience using technical documentation and computer-based systems.
• Good English communication skills;
  German language skills would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to support future shift patterns if required.
