We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Channel Marketing Manager to lead Anker’s brand growth in Switzerland. You will be responsible for localizing our brand, driving digital marketing performance, enabling channel partners, and elevating brand awareness and target.

This role starts as an individual contributor and will grow into leading a small team.

• Develop and execute Switzerland-specific brand positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Build a multilingual (DE/FR/IT) content library and local brand guidelines.
• Own end-to-end Google Ads and social media advertising strategy, with ROI >3:1.
• Manage marketing budget and optimize campaigns across key platforms.
• Equip key retail partners (e.g., Digitec, Media Markt, Swisscom) with marketing kits and promotions.
• Support sales negotiations with compelling brand materials.
• Optimize DTC website content for engagement and conversion.
• Plan and execute product launch events and local experiences.
• Build and manage a network of Swiss KOLs and tech influencers.
• Handle local media relations and PR activities.
• Track marketing performance and brand health metrics.
• Use data and consumer insights to refine strategies and improve results.

3+ years in performance/digital marketing, with hands‑on Google Ads and social media expertise.

• Proven success in localizing marketing for European markets; understanding of Swiss culture is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, or Italian strongly preferred.
• Able to develop engaging campaigns and analyze performance data.
• A self‑starter who works well with sales, regional teams, and external partners.

• Background in consumer electronics, experience living in Switzerland, KOL/PR experience, or 0‑to‑1 brand‑building.
