Overview
Were looking for a motivated Channel Programs Manager Switzerland to support partner onboarding relationship management and demand generation activities that drive customer acquisition and business growth through partner. This role will help deliver a differentiated customer experience, execute marketing support tasks and assist in analyzing partner marketing performance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, stay informed on industry trends, and contribute to key marketing projects.
What Youll Do- Support onboarding of new partners and assist with ongoing partner relationships
- Help execute partner marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow existing business
- Coordinate partner communications to ensure a strong and consistent customer experience
- Perform marketing support activities (CRM updates, accruals, collateral management)
- Assist in monitoring, reporting and analyzing partner marketing initiatives
- Conduct market and competitive research to support targeted programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to priority projects
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 02 years of experience in marketing, partner management, sales channel or related functions
- Fluency in English and German (required)
- Knowledge of digital marketing channel programs, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and basic marketing principles
- Strong communication skills, learning agility, customer focus and attention to detail
