This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing industrial environment within the luxury sector. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, retail and digital teams to analyze data, improve processes, and contribute to project success.

• Supporting the Brand Manager with administrative tasks
• Executing trade activities in accordance with the marketing plan (animations, window displays, etc.)
• Organizing sales meetings
• Supporting the field sales team by sending POSM materials, weekly sales results, and general materials to achieve sales targets
• Supporting the Training Manager during training days and in-store training sessions
• Creating and communicating novelty booklets
• PR and communication activities (seedings with journalists/influencers)
• Event organization
• Organizing the monthly distribution of POSM materials

• Completed degree in marketing or a related field
• Initial professional experience (1–2 years) in a consumer goods/retail company or in marketing
• Passion for the beauty world with a strong enthusiasm for the Acqua di Parma brand
• Organizational talent, independent working style, communicative and innovative personality
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Very good German, English, and French language skills
