Creative Cafés, painting and ceramics studios, courses, events, memberships, corporate experiences and creative communities
across Zürich and Basel.

to help us make that ambition visible — and turn it into growth.

You will take ownership of how Paint It Easy
attracts customers, communicates with them, converts them, brings them back and builds long-term relationships around the brand.

This is a senior role, but it is also ahands-on role
.

You’ll work directly with the founders and other department leads. In the beginning, you’ll execute many things yourself while building the processes, systems and eventually the team around you.

DO → UNDERSTAND → SYSTEMISE → MEASURE → DELEGATE → LEAD

That is very much how we see the development of this position.

You’ll shape the overall communications and growth strategy across Paint It Easy and turn it into measurable action.

This includes
social media and content, paid acquisition, CRM and customer retention, campaigns, partnerships, PR, community building and new-location launches.

You’ll help us understand where new customers come from, improve how we convert them, create reasons for them to return, cross-sell between our different activities and build stronger relationships with our community.

You’ll develop partnerships with companies, institutions, universities, cultural organisations, hotels, local businesses, creators and media
, while working closely with our Events team on B2B growth.

And you’ll help us build a social and content presence that feels unmistakably

scalable growth engine around a strong brand.

We’re looking for someone who combines
strategic thinking, creativity and commercial instinct with a strong bias toward action.

You should be comfortable being hands-on today
, while having the
leadership potential and ambition to build, develop and lead a Communications & Growth team as Paint It Easy grows.

You probably bring several years of relevant experience across marketing, growth, communications, brand, CRM, partnerships or community
, ideally with experience taking meaningful ownership rather than working only within one narrow specialisation.

You understand digital marketing and social media, but you’re equally interested in customer behaviour, brand building and what actually drives people to book, return and recommend something.

You’re comfortable with numbers and concepts such as
CAC, conversion, ROAS, retention and customer lifetime value
. We want communications to ultimately be measured by business impact, not communication output alone.

Switzerland matters.

Paint It Easy is an international brand and working environment, but our customers, partners, institutions and communities are here in Switzerland.

For this reason, we are specifically looking for someone with
strong familiarity with Swiss culture, the Swiss market and the way people and organisations communicate here.

Fluent German is required
, alongside strong English. Swiss German is a strong advantage.

You should feel comfortable communicating with both our international audience and our local Swiss customers, businesses, institutions, partners and media.
