* ** THE TEAM
** The GSA Marketing team is responsible for Ticketmaster's marketing activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our mission is to grow the business by retaining existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and winning new business from both existing and new verticals. To achieve this, we deliver both B2B and B2C marketing – for our clients as well as for our own brand.

** THE JOB
** The Senior Marketing Manager Switzerland, as part of the GSA Marketing Team, is at the core of the local marketing strategy. The responsibilities include managing the marketing budget for Switzerland in close alignment with local executive leadership, ensuring our brand awareness on the market, as well as driving B2C sales and B2B leads acquisition.  
** WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING*
* • Drive the local marketing strategy to reach yearly objectives, in close collaboration with the teams in Germany and Austria
• Manage the local marketing budget with a focus on initiatives that directly support commercial and B2B outcomes
• Localise international brand campaigns to align with the local culture and grow brand awareness
• Strategise and create campaigns for local events to meet ticket sales targets
• Manage and grow relationships with our Live Nation presale partners, including sponsorship and barter arrangements, in Switzerland
• Act as the key link between marketing and sales in Switzerland, ensuring marketing activities are closely aligned with sales targets and pipeline needs
• Work closely with the GSA marketing team to ensure Swiss activities align with GSA and global strategy
• Monitor the Swiss market and competitive landscape, particularly around sales and partner activity, and feed insights into GSA planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local promoters, venues, and partners, identifying joint marketing and business opportunities
• Represent Ticketmaster at relevant local industry, sales, and partner events in Switzerland
• Report on KPIs and analyse results to draw insights and enhance our strategy
• Support the sales team in their client pitches to provide marketing insights and expertise
• Represent the brand locally at external conferences and in media engagements  
** WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)*
* • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on brand, event, or B2B marketing
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss event, sports and music landscape
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a solid understanding of how marketing supports sales and commercial goals
• Experience planning and executing events, ideally within entertainment, live, or sports environments
• Confident representing a brand externally, with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills (partners, promoters, venues, media)
• Professional proficiency in English, Swiss German and French is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland as well as to Germany/Austria (HQ) as required
• Proven track record of successfully leading campaigns and delivering against marketing KPIs
