As Director Marketing & Communications, you contribute to making these strengths visible internationally, effectively supporting sales efforts, and accelerating our growth in relevant markets.

Your role

As Director Marketing & Communications, you report to the Head of Group Sales and lead a small marketing team. You are responsible for international marketing and communications work from strategic orientation through operational implementation to success measurement. In doing so, you work closely with sales, management, executives, external partners, and relevant departments.

Ferag offers an international, technology-driven environment with direct influence on brand, market presence, and business development. In this key role, you not only shape content but also the way Ferag is perceived, understood, and preferred in relevant markets.

Your main tasks

• You develop and implement a global marketing and communication strategy that supports our growth objectives in relevant international markets
• You plan the annual marketing roadmap with campaigns, priorities, budgets, and milestones and ensure successful implementation
• You are responsible for the positioning and further development of the Ferag brand across all communication and sales channels
• You develop target group‑specific content for customers, markets, media, events, and digital channels and ensure its professional quality and sales relevance
• You work closely with Group Sales and technology departments to consistently align marketing activities with business development and lead generation
• You are responsible for planning and executing international trade fairs, customer events, and communication campaigns
• You strengthen Ferag’s digital presence and drive the further development of the website, social media, content marketing, and other relevant platforms
• You lead your team professionally and organisationally, set clear priorities, promote the development of your employees, and ensure professional implementation in day‑to‑day business
• You are responsible for the marketing budget, reporting, KPI monitoring, as well as the selection and management of external agencies and service providers
• You support the Executive Team and executives with presentations, customer appearances, and external corporate communications with clear messages and convincing formats
