Ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung sind erforderlich. Bewerber sollten proaktiv sein und Verantwortung übernehmen. Eine flexible Pensumgestaltung zwischen 40 und 100 Prozent wird angeboten.
