• GMP compliance management and quality system oversight across manufacturing operations
• Batch record review and product release coordination for pharmaceutical products
• Deviation management including CAPA implementation and change control processes
• Quality audits and inspections preparation, execution, and follow-up activities
• Validation activities for equipment, processes, and computerised systems
• Quality risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supplier quality management and vendor qualification processes
• Training coordination on quality standards and GMP requirements

• Life Sciences degree (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering) with quality focus
• 3+ years of GMP experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience with quality tools such as deviation management, CAPA, and change control
• Excellent German and English skills
  ; additional languages advantageous
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with production, regulatory, and technical teams
• Audit experience including internal audits and regulatory inspection support
