Senior Quality Manager Compliance & Standards

Description:

Accountable for leading and continuously improving the quality management system within the Luxury Global QM department, ensuring robust quality standards, compliance, governance, and monitoring are embedded across key processes, solutions, and business interfaces.

QMS
  • QMS governance for Luxury HQ and external 3PM / Luxury manufacturing sites.
  • Maintain a quality management system (QMS) that provides a standard, formal, and continuous approach to quality management.
  • Identify, create, and maintain standards, procedures, and practices for key processes to guide Luxury in meeting quality standards.
  • Process owner for SOP management, deviations, CAPA, and change management at Luxury.
  • Regularly monitor and review the QMS against agreed acceptance criteria for ongoing operations and process improvement projects. Accountable for QMS KPI execution results.
  • Support certification, where required, for key processes, organizational units, products, and services.
  • Ensure QMS requirements are cascaded and applied across all business units and departments at Luxury.
  • Build continuous benchmarks regarding market and manufacturing state-of-the-art practices and the regulatory context, improving and tailoring Luxury quality practices.
  • Provide quality systems subject matter expertise regarding external quality audit support, as well as standardize Luxury quality systems practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain QMS training frameworks, materials, and deployment plans to ensure employees are trained on standards, procedures, and quality best practices.
  • Build QMS capabilities across functions by organizing, facilitating, and monitoring training and competency development, with focus on auditing, compliance, and leadership accountability.
IT Quality / Digitalization
  • Align technology and business processes with business requirements and enterprise quality management requirements.
  • Partner with the IT/Digitalization organization to identify, develop, test (as required), and deploy innovative technology solutions and applications to support quality systems across the business at Luxury HQ and the factory.
  • Own the Supply Chain SharePoint, including maintenance, enhancements, and access rights management.
Performance, Projects and Integrations
  • Lead and support special projects and integration initiatives across Quality, ensuring alignment of standards, governance, processes, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor project performance and relevant indicators to ensure visibility, progress tracking, and effective follow-up across strategic initiatives.
  • Projects include, but are not limited to, Luxury Integration, Beiersdorf Integration, Quality Culture, and Lift Integration.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent
  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as quality, engineering, life sciences, or another scientific discipline. Advanced graduate studies or degrees are an asset.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production, preferably in the cosmetics industry with OTC-regulated products.
  • Experience leading quality-related initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Experience supporting change, transformation, and continuous improvement across evolving business environments.
  • Fluent English is required;
    German is an asset.
