Hitachi Energy is seeking a Team Leader Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to guide a 15-20 person IQC team and shape the incoming inspection processes for GIS and GCB materials. You will collaborate across operations, supply chain, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality from the start of the value chain.
The role emphasizes developing people, driving standards, and using KPIs and visual tools to sustain improvement. Fluency in German and English and SAP knowledge are valued in this position.
