Theoretical and computational doctoral position at ETH Zurich's D-MAVT focuses on nanocrystal growth in CdSe, InP, and related materials. You will develop models coupling DFT energies, mass-balance equations, and kinetic Monte Carlo simulations to understand growth modes and morphologies.
Collaborating with experimentalists, you will integrate input from synthesis studies and utilize ETH Zurich's HPC resources to test hypotheses and guide experiments.
