ETH Zurich's Laboratory of Epigenetics, Nutrition and Metabolism and the Sustainable Food Processing Group invite applications for a doctoral student position focused on novel mineral sources for micronutrient deficiencies. The project uses clinical trials to assess absorption and bioavailability of minerals in vivo, with in vitro analyses and genome-wide approaches.
