Location: Zürich
ETH Zürich seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher or Process Engineer to advance Mac Etch-based fabrication for next‑gen X-ray optical components. You will expand testing, investigate defect formation, and optimize parameters within a multidisciplinary team at the X-ray Imaging Professorship, collaborating with industry partners and PSI.
You will fabricate on 4-inch wafers, perform SEM/profilometry, document results, and contribute to high‑impact publications and conferences.
