Role and responsibilities

BUTEGAR - La Bottega della Pizza, situated in Zurich, was born from a long-standing dream of offering high-quality, fresh, and authentic pizza al taglio (pizza by the slice). Known for using fresh ingredients, BUTEGAR specializes in crafting delicious takeaway pizzas and focaccias.

Role Description

This is a part time job, on-site role located in Zurich for a Store Associate (Food Concept) at BUTEGAR - La Bottega della Pizza. The Store Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, fostering customer loyalty, assisting in retail sales, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role also includes providing support in managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.

Working hours:

lunch and dinner.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Loyalty and Customer Service, with a focus on creating a welcoming and engaging customer experience.

• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse customer base and team members.

• Passion for food, especially pizza-making, is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Fluency in Italian and German. English is a plus.
