Sales and Stylist Advisor – Zürich Weinplatz

Isabel MARANT is looking for a new Sales and Stylist Advisor for its store in Zürich Weinplatz.

• Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in store experience and personalized fashion styling advises
• Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items
• Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients
• Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times

You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion and for sale.

• Proven successful 2 years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail
• Perfect understanding of retail business KPIs
• Excellent personal presentation
• Proactive and positive, a good team player with high level of motivation
• Passion for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets
• Focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with client, management and staff
