Senior Retail Allocator, EMEA

The Senior Retail Allocator combines strong analytical thinking with commercial understanding to ensure inventory is positioned effectively across stores, working at the intersection of planning, retail and operations. The role contributes to improving how inventory is managed across the EMEA region, supporting better product availability, reducing inefficiencies and enabling more responsive decision-making. The position sits within a modern allocation function that is being shaped and scaled within a fast-growing brand, and involves close collaboration with Retail, Planning, Supply Chain and Data teams.

The allocator acts as a key partner between merchandising, retail and operations across diverse markets.

• Support the shift from forecast-driven to demand-led replenishment by using data and system insights to refine allocation decisions over the season
• Contribute to the transition to a fully AI-powered allocation system and act as a point of reference for best practices in allocation
• Analyse sales, stock and size performance at SKU and store level, identify missed sales opportunities and stock imbalances, and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Manage allocation and replenishment to ensure the right product is in the right place, monitoring performance and adjusting flows based on sales and stock levels while supporting store-level execution
• Support communication between central and local teams through clear and positive communication, simplifying complex topics

• 4+ years of experience in Retail Allocation, Retail Planning or Retail Analytics, within apparel, footwear or lifestyle brands
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strong understanding of retail KPIs such as sell-through, stock cover and size performance
• Experience with next-generation AI-powered allocation systems
• Able to identify risks and opportunities early and act accordingly
