THE ROLEWhen working with Sales and Growth you will be a part of the creative and high-performing Engagement Search (ES) Team in Zurich, one of three core processes of Netlight.
Your main responsibility will be around sales, business development, account management & customer success
. You'll own the full customer journey - from lead generation, meeting potential prospects and closing deals to ensuring client success and driving account growth.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Exploring the Zurich tech scene & the latest industry trends;
identifying potential clients and their needs - Reaching out to potential clients and owning the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to closing
- Managing client relationships & building strong project teams
, making sure to build strong, scalable & sustainable client relationships - Representing Netlight while meeting and networking with local industry leaders, building a strong & sustainable network of relevant industry contacts.
- Soon-to-be Graduate / Recent Graduate / Young Professional (Master's degree)
- Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German/Swiss German & English
- Passion for Tech, Sales, Communication, Networking, and Entrepreneurship
- Strong communication skills with a natural talent to build relationships & identify needs
- Some relevant experience through internships, working student jobs, or engagement in student organizations in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Venture Capital, Startups or similar, ideally in a tech-heavy environment.
