The Role

  • Senior level individual contributor focused on market expansion in Switzerland
  • Lead generation, deal progression, and closing across key real estate and asset management clients
  • Manage complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles and long term partnerships
  • Represent the business at events, client briefings, and industry forums
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align solutions to client needs
  • Consultative, relationship led approach to solution selling
  • Own outbound sales strategy and execution for the Swiss market

You will have

  • 3+ years’ experience in direct sales and B2B enterprise software sales
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate, asset management, or regulated sectors
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, operational compliance, or sustainability tools
  • Strong track record of closing large, complex deals across multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Zurich-based or able to travel to Zurich twice a week
