The Role
- Senior level individual contributor focused on market expansion in Switzerland
- Lead generation, deal progression, and closing across key real estate and asset management clients
- Manage complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles and long term partnerships
- Represent the business at events, client briefings, and industry forums
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align solutions to client needs
- Consultative, relationship led approach to solution selling
- Own outbound sales strategy and execution for the Swiss market
You will have
- 3+ years’ experience in direct sales and B2B enterprise software sales
- Experience selling into commercial real estate, asset management, or regulated sectors
- Familiarity with digital transformation, operational compliance, or sustainability tools
- Strong track record of closing large, complex deals across multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
- Zurich-based or able to travel to Zurich twice a week
