- Lead and manage the internal sales and logistics teams
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily sales activities

- Very good command of German and French;

- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for process optimization
Demonstrates expertise in leading sales and logistics teams while optimizing internal processes and managing budgets. Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, with strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and KPIs.
