• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, in the payments, e-commerce/retail, technology industries on EMEA market.
• Experience in signing and negotiating agreements, business development, partner management, or product management in an internet or technology environment.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local and international stakeholders.

Managing successful relationships in this ecosystem requires the entire organization to be strategically aligned.

To that end, the Payments Partnership team will help lead, manage, and grow these strategic partnerships. Google needs experienced leaders to help further its business and relationships in financial services and payments. The work spans many products, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Google's Product Development, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Marketing and Legal organisations.

In this role, you will focus on technical setup, launch finalization, and senior-level contract negotiation with Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM/Paris Metro), post-launch coordination, and optimizing key financial institutions and online merchants.
