You will own the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for Singularity IO’s sovereign Agentic AI Platform and professional services. This is a leadership role with significant autonomy to build a high-performing sales organization thattargets regulated industries in Switzerland and Europe

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for sovereign agentic AI
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team (Account Executives + SDRs)
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise deals (C-level engagement to contract closing)
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Accurately forecast revenue and hit ambitious growth targets
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech solutions
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in regulated industries
- Strong understanding of AI/agentic technology and its business impact
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills
Leadership
What Success Looks Like- Within 90 days: Complete a full pipeline review and launch the refined sales playbook.
- Within 6 months: Achieve consistent quarterly revenue targets and build a repeatable sales process.
