Security Officer – Job Overview
Represent order and security, inspire trust, provide service-oriented communication, maintain responsibility, manage emotions, demonstrate proactivity and analytical skills, and pursue personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities- Patrol security premises
- Monitor access to secure areas
- Supervise and protect sensitive data
- Evacuate and initiate emergency measures
- Lead a team of two to six agents
- Prepare and review reports
- Adjust shift schedules in case of personnel shortages
- Experience in the security field
- Willingness to work irregular hours (3‑shift operation, including night and weekend shifts)
- Familiarity with modern technology and proficient computer skills
- Fluency in German (minimum level B1) and very good English (level B2)
- Valid residence permit and clean criminal record
