Location: Zürich
Protectas sucht für die Alarm- und Einsatzzentrale in Zürich eine/n Operator/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie bearbeiten Alarmmeldungen rund um die Uhr, verifizieren Vorfälle und koordinieren Fern- und On-site-Einsätze.
Die Stelle setzt Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist sowie technisches Verständnis voraus und umfasst Schichtdienste (24h/365 Tage). Eine saubere Niederlassung und gute Deutschkenntnisse, ergänzt durch Englisch/Französisch/Italienisch (mindestens B1), sind wünschenswert.
