Eine Stadtverwaltung in der Schweiz sucht eine Fachperson für soziale Arbeit für ein mobiles, aufsuchendes Angebot. In dieser spannenden Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung von sozialer Arbeit im öffentlichen Raum und die Umsetzung von Präventionsprojekten.
