* in und Jugendcoach für 60 - 80% im Kanton Zürich. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Unterstützung von Familien in schwierigen Lebenssituationen und die Teilnahme an Fachbesprechungen. Erforderlich sind ein sozialer Abschluss sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung. Die Stelle bietet flexible Arbeitsbedingungen und die Möglichkeit, direkt in der Lebenswelt der Familien zu arbeiten.
