Verantwortlich sind Sie für die fachliche Beratung, den Aufbau interdisziplinärer Netzwerke und die Moderation von Konferenzen. Wichtige Qualifikationen sind eine Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit HF/FH sowie Berufserfahrung in der Sozialarbeit. Zudem sollten Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mitbringen.
Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice sind teilweise möglich.
