Aufgaben gehören die Gestaltung des Alltags, individuelle Förderung und Krisenbewältigung. Der ideale Kandidat hat eine Ausbildung im sozialpädagogischen Bereich, Erfahrung mit Jugendlichen, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
