Die Rolle umfasst die Begleitung und Beratung in persönlichen Anliegen, die Förderung von Bedürfnissen und die Vorbereitung von Vollzugslockerungen. Gesucht wird eine empathische, teamfähige Person mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium in Sozialer Arbeit und Berufserfahrung. Es handelt sich um eine befristete Stelle bis Ende 2026. Das Arbeitsumfeld bietet ein unterstützendes Team und zahlreiche Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.
