axis Bildung sucht ab dem 1. September 2026 eine/n Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagogen HF/FH (40%) im Herzen des Zürcher Niederdorfs. In dieser Rolle sind Sie zentrale Bezugsperson für Lernende mit psychosozialen Herausforderungen.
Sie begleiten die Jugendlichen individuell durch ihre Ausbildung und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen. Wir bieten ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld mit flexibler Arbeitsgestaltung und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.
