Die Stiftung Netzwerk in Rüti sucht eine:n Mitarbeiter:in Psychiatrie / Soziale Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik mit einem Pensum von 60%. Ihre Hauptaufgabe wird die Fallführung für Klient:innen in Einzelwohnungen und Wohngemeinschaften sein, unterstützt durch Koordinationsarbeit mit beteiligten Personen.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Psychiatriebereich oder in Sozialer Arbeit mit und haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen. Flexibilität und Teamarbeit sind wichtig, ebenso wie Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
