Die Interessengemeinschaft für Sozialpsychiatrie in Zürich sucht zum 1. August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Wohnhausleitung (70% - 80%). In dieser Rolle führen Sie eine sozialpsychiatrische Wohneinrichtung und begleiten die Bewohner ressourcenorientiert. Sie arbeiten in einem erfahrenen Team und sind verantwortlich für die Qualität der Betreuung.
Erforderlich sind eine Ausbildung in Psychiatriepflege oder Sozialpädagogik, Führungskompetenzen sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im sozialpsychiatrischen Bereich.
