* in für das Übergangswohnen, um Familien, Einzelpersonen und Paare in Wohnungsnot zu unterstützen. Die Position erfordert ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit und Erfahrung in der Beratung.
Die Aufgaben umfassen die methodische Beratung, Coaching bei Wohnlösungen und systematische Fallführung. Das Team bietet regelmäßigen fachlichen Austausch und gezielte Weiterbildung. Die Arbeitsweise ist flexibel organisiert, mit Hausbesuchen und Bürozeiten.
