Boldmoves in Zürich sucht einen Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d), der die Verantwortung für unbegleitete minderjährige Geflüchtete übernimmt. Sie koordinieren Tagesstrukturen und unterstützen die Integration der Jugendlichen durch individuelle Begleitung im Bildungs- und Bewerbungsprozess.
Der ideale Kandidat hat ein Studium in Sozialer Arbeit und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen. Ein sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben und Kommunikationsstärke sind ebenfalls wichtig. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit zur Weiterbildung werden angeboten.
