Boldmoves in Zürich sucht eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in für die Betreuung junger Erwachsener im Rahmen des Bezugspersonensystems. In dieser Position begleiten Sie die jungen Menschen, unterstützen ihre individuelle Entwicklung und organisieren Aktivitäten.
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit ist Voraussetzung. Sie sollten zudem über Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen verfügen, empathisch und teamorientiert sein.
