Die Notschlafstelle des Sozialdepartements der Stadt Zürich sucht eine Co-Teamleitung (80%). Sie führen zwei Standorte gemeinsam mit Ihrer Co-Leitung und betreuen bis zu 100 Klientinnen und Klienten pro Nacht.
Sie bringen einen tertiären Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik, langjährige Führungserfahrung und sichere Deeskalationskompetenz mit. Die Stelle bietet ein anspruchsvolles Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien und viel Gestaltungsspielraum.
