Stadt Zürich sucht eine Fachperson Aktivierung/Betreuung für den Eingangsbereich des Gesundheitszentrums Entlisberg in Zürich. Die Stelle ist vollzeit oder Job-Sharing (50–100%). Sie begleiten Bewohner:innen, führen Gespräche, intervenieren in Krisensituationen und arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen.
Zu den Aufgaben gehört auch die Mitgestaltung von Veranstaltungen und eine professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Stellen, um eine sichere, respektvolle Atmosphäre zu schaffen.
