Location: Zürich
Stiftung Altried sucht für unsere Wohngruppen am Hauptsitz eine:n Betreuer:in mit Erfahrung (80–100%). Sie betreuen sieben Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Wohnalltag, planen Freizeitaktivitäten und setzen die agogischen Konzepte um.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören der Informationsaustausch mit Angehörigen und externen Stellen, sowie die Mitgestaltung des Wohngruppenalltages in einem innovativen Arbeitsumfeld. Abschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich kognitive Beeinträchtigungen wird erwartet.
