Stadt Zürich sucht eine Fachperson Soziale Arbeit für ein mobiles, aufsuchendes Angebot. Sie arbeiten direkt im öffentlichen Raum, leisten niederschwellige Beratungen, koordinieren Fälle und begleiten Zielgruppen bei Bedarf zu Terminen.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören Prävention, Krisenintervention und die Zusammenarbeit mit Surplus-Projekten. Erwartet wird Freude am Umgang mit heterogenen Gruppen und Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten. Ein Bus-Angebot unterstützt die Präventionsarbeit.
