Sie gestalten Lebensraum und Tagesstrukturen mit, arbeiten am agogischen Prozess und arbeiten eng mit Angehörigen, internen Stellen und externen Partnern zusammen. Sie unterstützen Lernende und Studierende im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich, zeigen hohe Eigenverantwortung und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsorganisation.
