durchstart GmbH in Zürich sucht eine engagierte Case Managerin bzw. Case Manager (50 bis 80%) zur Begleitung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in den Arbeitsmarkt.
Sie koordinieren Zuweisungen, führen Coachings durch und unterstützen die Teilnehmenden beim Bewerbungsprozess sowie der Lehrstellenfindung. Sie arbeiten in einem kreativen, flexiblen Umfeld mit Holacracy-Organisation, arbeiten eng mit IV, Sozialämtern und Betrieben zusammen und tragen so zu nachhaltigen beruflichen Perspektiven
