Die AOZ der Stadt Zürich sucht eine Teamleitung für die Betreuung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern in einer Unterkunft. Sie führen Gespräche, begleiten in schwierigen Situationen und arbeiten direkt vor Ort in Zürich.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Sozialarbeitenden und Psychologinnen zusammen, führen regelmäßige Rundgänge durch, sichern das sichere Zusammenleben und fördern Partizipation. Erwartet wird eine abgeschlossene EFZ oder EBA und mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung.
